Yale: 2018-2019 Women’s College Squash Season Preview

Yale Director of Squash Dave Talbott heads into the 2018-2019 season with a strong squad aiming to break back into the top three of the CSA women’s rankings.  He will do so with his four top players returning from a year ago, including First Team All-Ivy player Lucy Beecroft in the Number 1 position.  Although the Yale women will lose three members from the core of their lineup, they hope to fill those holes with four incoming first-year players.  Fourth place in the CSA’s top division, the Howe Cup, was Yale’s highest team finish since 2014, and the team will battle Ivy League opponents Princeton and Penn, as well as Trinity and Stanford, to maintain that level of success.
