Position Summary:
Trinity College in Hartford CT, an NCAA Division III, liberal arts and science college in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC), is seeking to fill a full-time, faculty head coach position for our Women’s Squash program.

Responsibilities:
In addition to all coaching, recruiting, budgeting, and team management responsibilities, the head coach will also assist with the implementation of Trinity’s Wellness Curriculum, perform a secondary duty as assigned, assist with event management, and be expected to serve on department and/or college committees. This position also requires both night and weekend availability throughout the academic year.Please note the anticipated start date for this position is no earlier than July 1, 2024.Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree is required with a master’s degree preferred. Also, three to five years of coaching experience is needed, preferably at the intercollegiate level, and the candidate must be knowledgeable of the NESCAC and NCAA Division III philosophies.Applicants with disabilities should request, in advance, any accommodation in order to participate more fully in the application process.
