Middletown, CT – At the 2013 Wesleyan Round Robin in early December, Mount Holyoke and Wellesley played the final match of the first day.
At the match at the #2 position, Shaheen Madraswala (Mount Holyoke) faced Sara Del Balzo (Wellesley). The two played a tight three-game match, which Madraswala won (11-9, 11-6, and 11-9). Mount Holyoke won the team match, 6-3.
At the Wesleyan Round Robin, Mount Holyoke went undefeated with victories over Smith, Wellesley, Wesleyan, and William Smith. Wellesley defeated William Smith, but lost to Mount Holyoke.
Mount Holyoke and Wellesley will most likely face each other once again at the Seven Sisters Championship on February 1st.
