Fordham: 2014 – 2015 Women’s College Squash Season Preview

Fordham UniversityBronx, NY — Fordham University is launching a women’s emerging club program this season. The Rams are simply looking to enjoy their first season of play. The team is looking forward to facing nearby school Vassar. According to head coach Bryan Patterson, the event at Vassar is “a local derby match and one that we hope to win.” The Rams realize that starting a new team may be challenging. That is why the team is taking it one match at a time. The squad has set the goal of winning a match this season. The Fordham women will have the opportunity to work with City Squash, the NUSEA program in the Bronx.  Let’s hope that this emerging club will develop into a full fledged varsity program in the near future.
