Lewisburg, PA — Bucknell came close to the E Division title last season, falling to Boston College 3-6 in the Chaffee Cup final. Four new international courts, featuring two exhibition courts, will give the Bison a boost this season and in the coming years. “Our program is growing every year,” says captain Chris Santoro. Although the team graduated four players from the top ten, the new courts should help attract new players. The team will also be hosting a round robin in early February, helping them to tune up before the Men’s National Team Championships. Bucknell intends to be back in a division final this year, but this time, they want to bring a title back to Lewisburg. “Bucknell is a great place to be,” Santoro says, looking ahead to the future. “With brand new courts, our team is only getting better.”
