New York, NY– After finishing the 2013 – 2014 college squash season with a 4 – 6 record and a third place finish in the E Division at Team Championships, New York University would like to improve this season. The Bobcats would like to maintain or exceed their top-35 ranking from last season. To improve, the squad will need to defeat teams like Haverford, who beat NYU twice in the regular season and in the E Division semifinals last season. The team was challenged in matches in the top 3rd of the ladder. The top 3 won 36% of matches, while the middle 3 and bottom 3 won 54% and 40%, respectively. For NYU to improve this season, the team will need to play consistently throughout the regular season. In addition, NYU will need to play with and against teams with 9 players.
