Welcome to the College Squash Association’s registration page for club teams! As we gear up for an exhilarating 2024-25 season, we invite your team to join the competition and experience the thrill of college squash. Whether you’re a returning team or new to the league, we’re excited to see you on the court and support your journey throughout the season.
Registration Deadline
The registration period for the 2024-25 season is now open. Please ensure that all steps listed below to successfully register your team are completed by November 1, 2024. This deadline includes submitting all necessary forms and fees, as well as completing the Club Locker setup.
1.) Submit Your Team Registration Form
All teams must formally register for the CSA Club Team League by submitting the below team registration form.
2.) Set Up Your Team on Club Locker
All team and league competition management is administered through the Club Locker system. Team leaders must login to their Club Locker accounts to verify they have access to their team's listing. This access gives team leaders the ability to add players to the roster, schedule matches, and record match results.
3.) Declaration of Adherence – Compliance and Rules Agreement
Submit your team’s Declaration of Adherence. Note that this must be sighed by a Club Team Supervisor, who may not be an undergraduate student - it should either be a club sports advisor or an independent coach. This form is essential for upholding the integrity and standards of the CSA.
4.) Payment of Registration Fee
An online invoice will be sent to each team captain via Stripe. All registration fees must be paid by the November 1, 2024 registration deadline.
5.) Team Roster Submission
Every player on your team must have an individual Club Locker account and be added to the team's roster on the Club Locker page. Each team is responsible for verifying that all players meet the Player Eligibility standards for league matches, as outlined in Club Eligibility Rules section on the website.
