Registration Checklist

1.) Submit Your Team Registration Form
All teams must formally register for the CSA Club Team League by submitting the official team registration form.

2.) Set Up Your Team on Club Locker
Team and league management is administered through Club Locker. Team leaders must log in to manage rosters, schedule matches, and record results.

3.) Declaration of Adherence – Compliance Agreement
Submit your team’s Declaration of Adherence, signed by a non-student Club Team Supervisor (e.g., a club sports advisor or coach).

4.) Payment of Registration Fee
An online invoice will be sent to each team captain via Stripe. All registration fees must be paid by the November 12, 2025 registration deadline.

5.) Team Roster Submission
Every player must have an individual Club Locker account and be added to the team's roster. Teams are responsible for verifying that all players meet the eligibility standards outlined in the Club Eligibility Rules.
