As players begin their return from winter break, teams will kick off the second half of the college squash season this weekend.
Highlighting Saturday’s competition will be Williams hosting Middlebury. Both matches have important ranking ramifications—in the women’s match, Middlebury enters at No. 15 with Williams one position ahead at No. 14. On the men’s side, No. 21 Williams will look for a home upset over No. 19 Middlebury.
Stanford will host a series of matches over the coming week as teams travel west for winter break training trips. Opening these matches will be the No. 4 Stanford women looking to defend their position against No. 9 Drexel.
In Sunday’s action, the Yale teams—No. 6 women and No. 8 men—will travel north to take on Amherst and Williams. Virginia will also brave the wintery weekend by traveling for an away match at Princeton.
