Boston College: 2015 – 2016 Men’s College Squash Season Preview

Boston CollegeBoston, MA — After capturing the 2014 – 2015 Serues Cup (F Division), the Boston College Eagles are eager to return to the Chaffee Cup (E Division). The Eagles have had an impressive Team Championships over the past four seasons. They won the 2012 and 2013 Chaffee Cups and the 2015 Serues Cup. The team is expecting four players to join the squad, including three with prep school squash experience. According to co-captain Sam Henderson, this season they “have made significant improvements and are anticipating this year’s team will be the most competitive one we’ve fielded.” Last season, the top third of the ladder was the squad’s weak point. If the new players move returning players down the ladder, Boston College would be stronger. The Eagles are planning a trip to Philadelphia for matches with Haverford and Bucknell. If the Eagles can come away with wins, it would improve their chances of playing for the Chaffee Cup.
