The 2023-2024 College Squash season is progressing with about 45 dual matches already played. With 55 more matches on the horizon this weekend, the competition is heating up. The CSA has released its first manual ranking update of the season, which now includes several club teams who have each recorded at least three matches.
While the season is still young, there have been several key changes to the rankings. The University of Rochester Men’s team has made a significant leap, moving from #18 to #13 following victories against MIT and Western Ontario. The Columbia Men’s team has taken the #7 spot after a win against Virginia.
On the Women’s side, the University of Pennsylvania has moved to #5, thanks to their impressive win over Drexel. Additionally, after logging a victory against Chatham, the Dickinson Red Devils have moved into the #20 rank.
With a busy schedule ahead and nearly all teams playing over the next three weeks, we anticipate many exciting matches that will shift the rankings further.
