2022-2023 Season Preview
- David Morrish is the new head coach in charge of the St. Lawrence teams, and he will need to hit the ground running as soon as possible with his new teams with the first matches right around the corner.
- Both teams will be eager to hit the reset button after a challenging and tumultuous 2021-2022 season which saw them fade in the results at the end of the year.
- The core of a talented group is still together, however, and with a few key additions, the Saints could be a surprise team in 2023.
