Boston College: 2013 – 2014 Men’s College Squash Season Preview

Boston CollegeChestnut Hill, MA — After two consecutive seasons winning the Chaffee Cup (E Division) at the Men’s National Team Championships, Boston College’s goal is to move higher into the rankings and make it to the Conroy Cup. With their top six players returning this season, five of whom are seniors, 2014 may be the Eagles’ chance to soar. According to team co-captain Nick Gadsden, matches against Bucknell, Haverford, Hobart, and Tufts will be critical for the Eagles’ success. Boston College is also focused on their Boston area rivalries. Last season, the Eagles narrowly lost 4-5 to Northeastern, and split the regular season series with Boston University prior to defeating the Terriers in the tournament. If Boston College intents to accomplish their goal, they will need to play well against the other Boston area teams.
