About the Role:
We’re seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead sponsorship sales and partnerships with
national brands. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who loves sports
marketing, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial
environment.
What You’ll Do:
Drive sponsorship and partnership sales for the league and its teams.
Identify and engage national brands across key sectors (sportswear, finance, wellness,
tech, hospitality, etc).
Create and present customized sponsorship proposals and decks.
Negotiate and close deals that deliver strong ROI.
Manage and grow relationships with partners.
Collaborate with leadership on activations, media, and events.
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development
(sports or events preferred).
Proven record meeting or exceeding project and/or sales goals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-starter with strong organization and follow-through.
A passion for squash — ideally a current or former player or avid fan.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
