2022-2023 Season Preview
- Although things will look a bit different on Morningside Heights this season, some familiar faces will be around to guide the Lions into a new era.
- Newly hired head coach Chris Sachvie returns to Columbia, where he was previously an assistant coach, and he brings with him recent graduate James Wyatt as a new assistant coach.
- The women’s team is eager to bounce back from a challenging finish to last season with a very strong top of the lineup and large recruiting class.
- The Columbia men have some big shoes to fill, with their top three players from last season all graduated, including two All-Americans. They will hope the lost top-end talent will be mitigated by competitive depth that will challenge for playing time throughout the season.
