Stamford, CT — At the 2016 College Squash Individual Championships, Anaka Alankamony (Penn) and Jenny Scherl (Yale) played in the opening round of the Ramsay Cup (A Division).
Alankamony won the match in four games (11-9, 11-9, 8-11, and11-6). She advanced to face her teammate Reeham Sedky (Penn), the eventual runner up in the Ramsay Cup. In the consolation quarterfinal, Scherl defeated teammate Celine Yeap, before ending her tournament run against Marie Stephan (Penn) in the consolation semifinals.
