Dunlop 2013-2014 Men’s College Squash Preseason Team Rankings

After regaining the National Championship last season, Trinity College begins the season as the top team in the nation. This season it appears that many teams will be in the mix for the championship, so this will be an extremely interesting season for team rankings.

The following schools improved in the rankings from last season: Boston College, Charleston, Dartmouth, Denison, Drexel, Hobart, Johns Hopkins, Northeastern, and Siena.

The following schools dropped spots in the rankings: Amherst, Boston University, Fordham, Georgetown, Haverford, Lehigh, Minnesota, Tufts, and Williams.

Preseason rankings were based heavily on the team questionnaires returned for the 2013 – 2014 Season Previews, which included information on graduating and incoming players, and offseason training opportunities. Select schools have already commenced their seasons.  The results of these early matches were not factored into the preseason rankings. Teams that did not compete in the 2012 – 2013 Men’s College Squash Association National Team Championships were not ranked.
