Hanover, NH — Every two years, Dartmouth College hosts the Fall Classic. This year, this small tournament featured a number of schools, including Bowdoin, Franklin & Marshall, the Naval Academy, St. Lawrence, and Dartmouth.
At this year’s event, Franklin & Marshall faced St. Lawrence. The men’s match was eagerly anticipated and pitted the 7th-ranked Diplomats against the 10th-ranked Saints. The team match featured a number of four- and five-game contests. In the end, Franklin & Marshall won, 6-3. The Diplomats were undefeated at the event, defeating St. Lawrence and Dartmouth. In their other match of the weekend, St. Lawrence lost a close match to host Dartmouth, 4-5.
At the match at the #2 position, Mauricio Sedano (F&M) faced Kyle Ogilvy (St. Lawrence). The two played a close three-game match with Sedano prevailing (11-8, 11-9, and 11-9). Here is video from the match.
