Amherst, MA — On November 30th, Drexel University visited Amherst College.
On its road trip, Drexel played Amherst, Trinity, Williams, and Middlebury. Although the team went 0-4, the matches proved valuable. The team has moved up the rankings due to an earlier victory over Conn College.
The Drexel match was Amherst’s first contest of the season. Amherst defeated the Dragons, 6-3. They also hosted George Washington on the weekend. The Jeffs lost to the Colonials 2-7.
At the match at the #1 position, Damindhi Udangawa (Drexel) faced Chandler Lusardi (Amherst). Udangawa won the match in three games (11-5, 11-5, and 11-8). Here is video from the match between.
