Amherst, MA — At the 2012 College Squash Individual Championships, Trinity’s Catalina Pelaez and Harvard’s Haley Mendez played in the finals of the Ramsay Cup (A Division) 2nd Consolation Draw.
Both players found themselves in the consolation bracket after losses in the main draw in the round of 16. Pelaez lost to Harvard’s Cecelia Cortes, while Mendez lost to Yale’s Millie Tomlinson.
Pelaez won the match in three extremely close games (13-11, 14-12, and 11-8).
