University of Southern California: 2011 – 2012 Men’s College Squash Season Preview

Los Angeles, CA — USC was one of the teams to travel farthest to last season’s Men’s National Team Championships, and the Trojans made the most of their trip. After a tough 4-5 loss to Vermont in the opening round of the Hawthorn Cup, USC made it to the consolation finals with wins over Siena and Purdue.

This season the team plans to train three times a week at the Los Angeles Athletic Center in downtown L.A. to prepare for the upcoming season. The team, which has players from around the world, also plans to host several fundraisers.

The Trojans have lost their top three players from last season, as well as two others from the top 10. They will be joined by Michelle Choi (Choate Rosemary Hall), India Bulkeley (Choate Rosemary Hall), Krishen Kotecha (Phillips Exeter Academy), and Louis Lam (Shawnigan Lake School).

“We are thrilled to announce the addition of Michelle, India, Krishen and Louis to the team and we look forward to a competitive season,” says James Bradicich, who along with Sterling Wilson is taking on coaching duties this season.

“The USC Squash team is motivated to make this season one of our best,” Bradicich explains.
