Hartford, CT — Trinity is always in the mix for the national title, and all indications are that this year should be no different.
In the top half of the ladder, Trinity returns a trio of sophomores — Catalina Pelaez, Jennifer Pelletier, and Wee Nee Low — who should make an even bigger impact this year, especially if they all stay healthy throughout the season. The team is anchored by a number of seasoned juniors and seniors who should provided experience in the bottom half of the line-up. First-year players Natalie Babjukova (High School NA Prazacce, Prague), Ashley Tidman (Shawingan Lakes School, British Columbia), and Whitney Hartmeyer (Groton) will join the team. Additionally, assistant coach Joanne Schickerling, who will be entering her third season with Trinity, has been promoted to full-time status.
“The Trinity team strives to play hard, play smart, and have fun,” says head coach Wendy Bartlett.
