Cambridge, MA — At the 2011 Men’s College Squash National Team Championships, Northwestern and Connecticut College played in the opening round of the Conroy Cup (“D” Division).
In the match at the number 6 position, Northwestern’s Gabriel Parra and Conn’s Jeremy Wong played. Despite an extremely tight third game, Wong won the match in three games, 11-2, 11-3, and 12-10.
Conn marched on and beat Tufts to face Hobart in the finals. The Camels captured the Conroy Cup with a 5-4 victory. In the consolation bracket, Northwestern defeated Colgate before losing to Northeastern 4-5.
