For the first time this season, movement occurred at the top of the rankings.  Penn and Princeton changed positions thanks to the Quakers’ 5-4 victory over the Tigers.  Penn takes over 4th, while Princeton moves to 5th.

Bowdoin defeated Colby 6-3.  This victory moved the Polar Bears to 20th and the Mules to 21st.

Northeastern, Smith, and Wellesley have each faced each other twice this season.  Wellesley defeated Northeastern last week, which created a triangle between the three teams.  Wellesley won 20 matches, Northeastern won 18 matches, and Smith won 17 matches.  Wellesley moves to 27th, Northeastern 28th, and Smith to 29th.  At this weekend’s Seven Sisters’ Tournament, Smith and Wellesley may play again, which could ultimately settle this triangle.
