CSA Club Squash Fee Waiver Program for 2025-26 Season

The College Squash Association (CSA) is committed to fostering the growth and sustainability of college squash programs across the country. To support this mission, we are pleased to offer the CSA Club Squash Fee Waiver Program for the 2025-26 season.

Purpose

The CSA Club Squash Fee Waiver Program is designed to provide financial assistance to club squash programs, with a particular focus on emerging teams. The goal of this program is to help new and developing teams establish themselves as strong, self-sustaining programs that contribute to the expansion of squash across new players and markets. By alleviating some of the financial burdens, the CSA aims to encourage more students to participate in squash and ensure the sport’s continued growth at the collegiate level.

Eligibility

This program is open to all club teams in the United States that have submitted a registration form for the current season. Preference will be given to teams that are newly formed or in the early stages of development, especially those with a full roster and an active competition schedule.

Teams can request a waiver to assist with or completely cover the costs of their annual membership dues or club team championship entry fees. Approved applications will typically receive grants ranging from $100 to $825. The CSA reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the approval and amount of each fee waiver.

Process

To apply for a fee waiver, the primary captain, coach, or administrator of the club team should follow these steps:

  1. Complete the Fee Waiver Application: Ensure that all required information is provided, with detailed and thorough responses.
  2. Submit the Application: Email the completed application to admin@csasquash.com with the subject line “CSA Fee Waiver Application – [Your Team Name]”.
  3. Deadline: All applications must be submitted by November 15, 2025.

The CSA will review all applications carefully and announce the recipients of the fee waivers by December 6, 2025.
