CSA EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

College Squash Association (CSA) seeks a visionary, self-motivated, results-oriented leader to drive growth and excellence as the CSA enters its 100th season of college squash. The Executive Director will develop and execute a plan to expand college squash across the U.S., supporting the launch of new varsity and club programs and working toward NCAA recognition for both the women’s and men’s programs. The Executive Director will also focus on driving excellence among existing programs, including through a dynamic media strategy to raise collegiate squash’s profile, the execution of championship events, the development of coach and student-athlete programming, and the oversight of in-season play. To support these efforts, the Executive Director will work closely with the CSA Board of Managers, CSA’s parent entity U.S. Squash, and others to secure $500,000+ annually from membership dues, donations, and corporate sponsorships, as well as facilitate capacity-building and major gift initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Squash Ambassador – Passion for the game of squash and a deep desire to increase participation in the sport at college and university campuses across the U.S.

Organizational Leader – Interpersonal, management, and administrative skills needed to support and lead diverse stakeholder groups, including coaches, school administrators, CSA Board members, and CSA and U.S. Squash staff.

Fundraiser & Revenue Generator – Experience driving donor engagement through fundraising campaigns, paired with a business mindset to generate revenue through memberships, corporate sponsorships, and events.

College Squash Association (CSA) is the governing body overseeing all intercollegiate varsity squash in the United States. CSA is a subsidiary of U.S. Squash, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. 

The CSA’s mission is to foster national intercollegiate varsity squash competition in service to elevating the values of sportsmanship, integrity, and fair-play for all student-athletes, coaches, and their affiliated institutions, encouraging academic excellence and increasing the opportunities to play college squash.
