Princeton, NJ — At the 2017 Women’s College Squash Association National Team Championships, Brown University and Bates College met in the Kurtz Cup (B Division) quarterfinals.
At the match at the #3 position, Hannah Hay-Smith (Brown) and Victoria Arjoon (Bates) played. Hay-Smith, a senior captain, captured the match in four games (11-6, 11-5, 7-11, and 11-7). Brown captured the team match, 6-3. Brown lost to Drexel but defeated George Washington to close out the tournament. In the consolations, Bates fell to Williams but defeated Middlebury.
