Cambridge, MA — At the 2014 Men’s College Squash Association National Team Championships, James Kacergis (Navy) and Nicholas Harrington (Dartmouth) played in the opening round of the Hoehn Cup (B Draw).
At the match between Navy and Dartmouth’s top players, Kacergis, a junior, defeated Harrington, a freshman, in a five-game match (8-11, 11-8, 10-12, 11-7, and 11-6). Dartmouth won the team match, 6-3, and advanced in the Hoehn Cup. The Big Green lost to Princeton, but defeated Western Ontario to close out the tournament. Navy lost to Bates in the consolations, but defeated Drexel.
