Hanover, NH — Every two years, Dartmouth College hosts the Fall Classic. This year, this small tournament featured a number of schools, including Bowdoin, Franklin & Marshall, the Naval Academy, St. Lawrence, and Dartmouth.
At this season’s event in December, Franklin & Marshall faced St. Lawrence. F&M captured the women’s match, 9-0. At the event, the Diplomats also defeated Bowdoin, 6-3, but lost to Dartmouth, 0-9. St. Lawrence lost its other match against host Dartmouth, 0-9.
At the match at the #1 position, Emily Caldwell (F&M) faced Brigitte Tousignant (St. Lawrence). The two played a close match, which Caldwell won in four games (7-11, 11-5, 11-8, and 11-7).
