Title: Head Girls Varsity Squash Coach
Reports to: Athletic Director and appropriate Department Chair
Schedule/travel: Academic Year. Occasional travel (Athletics)

Position Summary:
Kent School seeks a girls varsity head squash coach for the 2022-2023 season who is committed to the growth and well-being of our students.
An ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of the game of squash and have previous experience coaching at the high school, college or club level. They would be expected to run practices on campus in addition to coaching interscholastic games and tournaments throughout New England.
The candidate must have the ability to effectively communicate with student-athletes, coaches, and athletic and school administration and bring a student-centered approach to all aspects of their role.

Typical full-time faculty positions require:
– teaching four sections or serving as a member of our non-teaching faculty
– coaching two seasons of interscholastic sports or managing an equivalent of extracurricular activities
– performing regular duty in our residential program (generally one night per week and six weekends per year)
– advising 5-7 students
– obtaining and maintaining a Public Passenger Endorsement to drive a school vehicle
