Part Time Squash Coach needed in Madison, Wisconsin.

What would be ideal is someone looking for a part-time position, say a graduate student looking to earn some extra money while going to school. A smart, engaging, and responsible person who wants time to go to school with a pretty solid side-hustle.

Madison, Wisconsin is home to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Big 10 University with top-rated graduate programs in everything from Economics, Engineering, Education, Computer Science, Political Science, Arts and Humanities, Social and Natural Sciences, and more. I could go on, but you can look it up!

Thinking about continuing your education and need a job with a lot of flexibility? If you are a warm-blooded, responsible human who can coach squash, consider coming to Madison.

Qualifications:

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Experience in coaching Squash. A Level 1 coaching certification would be nice, but not necessary. It is not necessary that you play or have played at the highest level. I want someone who knows how to teach people to play and will encourage our members to take part in leagues, clinics, and tournaments.

US Citizenship and/or appropriate work visa. (We cannot sponsor you.)

Duties:

Coaching and maybe some event organizing. I will help you find initial clients, and I have a pretty solid group of players who would love some lessons and clinics, but they just don’t know it yet. Also, we run an annual PSA Tournament and you can help organize and run this event. You can define this job as you’d like. Want to coach a lot? I can find you some clients–just not enough that would fill a full-time job. Want to run clinics and tournaments for a little extra money? We can do that. Want to coach a junior program of kids from under-served neighborhoods? We can do that too.

Women and minorities encouraged to apply!
