Siena: 2015 – 2016 Men’s College Squash Season Preview

Siena CollegeLoudonville, NY — Siena College has big plans for the upcoming college squash season. According to head coach Steve Kuzman, “Siena Squash will be the most active CSA squash club in the country: playing 30 dual matches plus team nationals. We are a well organized, well coached and well financed collegiate squash club that runs a ‘varsity like’ serious, quality and competitive squash team.” The 2014 – 2015 season marked a series of firsts for the Saint Bernards: most wins in a season (5) and first representation at the CSA’s Individual Championships. After finishing last season ranked 56th in the nation, Siena plans to move up at least eight ranking positions this season. With six sophomores and juniors returning, Siena will look to capitalize on last season and the plethora of scheduled matches this season as they prepare for team championships. To accomplish their goal, the team will need to increase their win percentages throughout the lineup and surpass last season’s win total.
