Bates: 2015 – 2016 Women’s College Squash Season Preview

Bates College

Lewiston, ME — The Bobcats’ tri-captains — senior Lauren Williams and juniors Emma Dunn and Charlotte Cabot — will have their work cut out for them this season. The trio, along with sophomore Blair Weintraub, are the only players from last season’s starting nine who will be back. Last year, the Bobcats’ top three had the highest win percentage on the team, and those players have graduated. Fortunately, a number of new players will be joining the Bates’ program, filling in spots throughout the line-up. The team will be active in the fall, taking an annual hike and hosting a professional women’s tournament in September. As always, look for the Bates team to play and fight like Bobcats.
