2009-2010 Women’s College Squash Team Rankings (1/19/2010)

Northampton, MA — Today, the women’s College Squash Association released its fourth team rankings of the season.

After victories over Bowdoin, both St. Lawrence and George Washington moved up the rankings. The Colonials moved up three spots to 20th, while the Saints moved from 25th to 23rd. Bowdoin dropped from 15th to 24th.

Like George Washington, Franklin & Marshall and Georgetown also moved up three spots each.

Amherst and Vassar moved up to the 15th and 16th spots, respectively.  Amherst’s 5-4 victory over the Brewers prior to the semester break cemented the order of the two squads.

At the National Team Championships in late February, the Walker Cup, the flight for teams ranked 17th – 24th, should be very competitive given the recent fluidity of this area of the rankings.

Coaches and Team Contacts, please remember to enter your teams’ results in the US Squash Scoring System on the day of each match.
